Lidcue Consumer Health Data Policy (Website and Waitlist)

Washington State has a law called the My Health My Data Act. It protects information that could say something about your health. This page explains how we follow it for this website. The Lidcue app isn't out yet. It will get its own version of this page before it comes out.
What health information do you collect?
We don't ask for any. The only thing we collect is your email address, if you join the waitlist.
But joining a waitlist for a medicine app could hint at your health. So we treat your email as health information, just to be careful.
Why do you collect it?
Only to send you news about Lidcue: the waitlist and when the app comes out.
Where does it come from?
Only from you, when you type it into the waitlist form and tick the box.
Who do you share it with?
We don't sell it. We don't share it for ads.
Only these companies handle it, and only to do this work for us:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Cloudflare D1, a Cloudflare service, which stores the waitlist
- An email service will send our waitlist emails. We will name it here before we send the first email.
- Grok Bot, the assistant service that receives and holds the emails you send us
How do I say yes, and how do I take it back?
You say yes by ticking the box on the form. The box is never ticked for you.
You can take back your yes at any time. Use the stop link in any email, or email friday-innes+lidcue@mail.grokbot.com. We will delete your email within 30 days.
What can I ask you to do?
You can ask us to:
- tell you if we have your email, and show it to you
- tell you who else has handled it (the companies listed above)
- delete it
